At The Etna Rosso we follow all of the CDC guidelines applicable to our restaurant.

 

The Etna Rosso COVID-19 Internal Prevention Guidelines

    • Table & Chairs  shall be 6 feet apart
    • Patrons are prohibited  from gathering at the bar counters
    • Parties shall be limited to no more than 10 persons
    • Curbside may continue in accordance to CDC & Broward guidelines
    • Social distancing do not apply to members of the same household.
    • Capacity 50% indoor
    • Total indoor + outdoor not to exceed 100 capacity
    • Adequate supplies (soap + hand sanitizers + tissues)
    • Signs on how to stop the spread of COVID-19; how to wash hands, protective
    • measures, facial covering, social distancing.
    • Hygiene practices for employees and customers
    • Single serving seasoning and condiments
    • Use packets utensil or pre-rolled bags – Eliminate table preset
    • Use touches payment when possible.  No cash on hand – sanitize btw each use
    • Ensure ventilation and air circulation
    • Provide physical signs on the floor to  point our six feet distances in lines
    • Ask customers to wait in the car – alert on cell phone the food is ready
    • Sign informing of pick food protocol
    • Sign on closed table and sanitized tables
    • When a six feet distance cannot be kept use mask
    • Install physical barrier when possible
    • Supplier social distancing
    • Reservation preferred
    • Have dine in customer order ahead of time to limit time spent in establishment
    • Remove cut fruit, utensils from drink station
    • Mandatory hand washing and facial covering before engaging with customers 
    • Food prep with mask and gloves 
    • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and frequently touched objects 
    • Restrooms sanitized at least one per hour 
    • Sanitizing procedures often and not toxic 
    • We train employees to safety protocols AVOID TOUCHING HANDS AND FACE
    • Daily health check and report any illness before shift – sent home with any cover-19 symptoms. 
    • Allowed back only after symptoms are gone 
    • Notify local health officials, staff and customers immediately of any confirmed cases keeping confidentiality. 
    • Deep clean the restaurant at least once every 24 hours.
